Sloppy Joe ***
Our homemade recipe (a family secret) since 1953! We start with ground chuck angus beef slowly cooked with just the right amount of onions. When properly cooked, (Rex makes all the sloppy joe), the meat is strained (so the grease is gone!), then the meat broth is added back in combination with Heinz ketchup & some of our special seasonings! It’s made this sandwich famous since 1953… (Low Fat)
Pork BBQ ***
This pulled pork product is not made in house yet it is made locally and to our specifications. It is an extremely tender pulled pork that’s FULL of flavor from slowly cooking in its sweet yet slightly spicy sauce! Mmm..it’s sure to tickle your taste buds.

The Coney Dog starts with an all meat juicy HOT DOG that has a little touch of sweetness that’s unique and hard to find... Once steamed, the hot dog is placed into a bun full of our our HOMEMADE coney sauce that’s created with our famous sloppy joe meat beautifully blended with perfect amounts of sauce & seasonings.
Chix Quesadilla
We start with a blend of Pepperjack & American cheeses melted across a tortilla.. next, we add a pile of seasoned steaming grilled chicken strips. And by folding and lightly buttering the outside of the tortilla it is placed into the oven where the flavorful blend is heated & toasted, sealed into a delicious Mmmmm!

Our Nachos are based with a pile of fresh, crisp round corn tortilla chips topped w/ our Special blended cheese (3 cheeses). If ordered w/ meat, we add our signature sloppy joe meat to the chips & cheese! And a SUPREME comes topped with even more: fresh vine ripened chopped tomatoes, a pile of shredded lettuce, & some flavorful chopped vadalia onions. Sour cream is included on the side! Jalapenos can be added to complete the awesome taste!!! Ole J Optional accompaniments are salsa, taco sauce or ranch…. Try them!
Teriyaki Grilled Chix
This is a 4 oz. all-white-meat chicken breast lightly seasoned for a fantastic flavor… steamed together on a warm sesame seed bun! Your choice of condiments are then added! This Grilled Chix is great as a club! Add sweetened miracle whip, a fresh vine ripened tomato slice & shredded lettuce – you’ll love it! And you’re eating healthy!
RexTexMex ***
All of our burgers start with a 1/3 lb. ground chuck burger/ patty. The RTM burger begins with a melted slice of our pepperjack cheese on the top sesame seed bun while a tasty layer of Sweet baby Rays's bbq sauce & chopped Vadalia onions smother the bottom bun! The next step is placing the steaming hot charbroiled burger onto the bun, sprinkling on a special seasoning, adding a squirt of our homemade coney sauce and topping it all with jalapenos! This sandwich is then steamed to seal in all that flavor. Mmmuuaaahhhh ! My masterpiece!!!!!! LOL
ToastedCheese
We start with lightly buttering both buns placing them in the oven to lightly toast. Next we add 2 slices of american cheese to the buns, melt them briefly then place them together mmm!
Ham&Cheese
The buns are lightly buttered then toasted. Next the cheese is slightly melted. The finely shaven Virginia Baked Ham is marinated in a special sweetened mixture (butterscotch and pineapple) that expresses itself nicely when warmed and steaming with flavor placed onto the bun. Yummy!
BLT
We begin toasting your buns while crisping your 2 lean round bacon slices. When the buns are done we add miracle whip to the bun add shreaded lettuce and a thick vine ripened tomato slice. You will love this.
Walking Taco
We open a bag of crunchy Frito Lay corn chips ladle in our signature sloppy joe meat, add lettuce, freshly chopped vadahlia onions and vine ripened tomatos. This can be topped with taco sauce, ranch, salsa or sour cream.

It begins with 2 slices of pepperoni seasoned meat with mozzarella between them. When melted between the meat mmm...
Pizza

These come to us lightly seasoned and battered. We lightly butter our full round rings to be baked (thats right not deep fried) to a golden brown. Our rings are trans fat free !! Since we bake them this process is the healthiest you can get !!! Abundant ketchup and salt are offered.

Since we bake them this process is the healthiest you can get !!!! After baking we smother them in our signature nacho cheese and coney sauce creating a meal!
Breadsticks w/ nacho cheese! (3/order)
These sticks have been marinating in our signature seasoned butter mixture overnight waiting to be perfectly browned to a melt in your mouth consistency. The signature nacho cheese sauce is highly recommended for dipping !!!! mmmmm scrump !!
